Eagle Rock Covenant Church supports various ministries, from down the street to across the world. ERCC also supports the missions branch of the Covenant denomination, Covenant World Mission.

Keith and Florence Gustafson have served as Covenant missionaries since 1984, most of that time in Congo. Their work has included evangelism, pastoral training, and working with church leaders. In spite of the political unrest in the country in recent years, the Gustafson’s continue to serve the Congolese church – from the United States. Keith serves as a liaison to the CEUM (Congo Covenant church), making several trips a year and communicating by email and phone in between. Florence works as a hospice nurse in the Seattle area.
The Gustafson’s family includes their grown children, Darrell, Trevor and Eric.

Dave and Wendy Mark serve as the Regional Coordinators for Latin American and the Caribbean for Covenant Missions. Their role is to assist other missionary teams in those countries -- encouraging strategic planning, providing resources, and helping to remove barriers to effective ministry. They live in Miami, which is a strategic location for traveling to all the countries they serve.
Dave and Wendy also advise and encourage individual US/Canada Covenant churches (at their invitation) that are engaged in mission service and projects in Latin America.
Dave and Wendy have 3 adult children.
“Alpine” has become a beloved place for several generations of children at ERCC since it opened in 1957. Located in the mountains approx. 2 hours east of Los Angeles, the Alpine Conference Center provides summer and winter camps for children and teens, as well as weekend retreats for adults.
The ROCK Community Center opened in 2001 to provide after school mentoring and tutoring to teens in Eagle Rock. Located just blocks from the Eagle Rock High School, ROCK provides a safe place for teens to enjoy recreation; access technology in the Computer Training Center; build job, leadership, and life skills; and grow socially and academically. ROCK has expanded its outreach to community and church groups of all ages.
