Ministries

Ministry to adults in our congregation covers many elements, including social, outreach ministry and studying the Bible.

One thing about our church is that we do a lot of activities around ‘food’. We have had church-wide breakfasts, as well as after-church lunches in our Fellowship Hall. Other activities have included weekly home study groups, relationship, and church-growth seminars. These are always great times of fellowship.

See our Calendar page for recent and upcoming activities. If you’re in the area and are available to come, just call the church office to let us know, then come join us. We are a friendly group and would love to have you!

Adults & Families

Women's Bible Study
We say life is a gift from God, yet it can be so uncertain, so stressful, so tough, and so tedious. With all its ups and downs, life in general is enough to distract us from the one thing that makes life bearable -- Hope. The Anchor for Your Soul. Join us as we share with each other and study this book about hope.
We meet at the church each week on Wednesday afternoons, 3-4:30pm.

Tuesday Night LIVE
The first three Tuesdays of the month we’ll have a meeting or bible study, dinner and prayer and the fourth Tuesday will be FUN Night!!!! Dinner will be provided so you don’t have to cook or think of anything to bring. We’re asking for a donation of $3.00 per person to cover the cost of the food. We’ll get together at 5:00 pm and be done around 7:30. Come and share in this part of the life of our church.

Community Outreach

Thursday Community Dinner
Each Thursday, volunteers from both ERCC and Iglesia Del Pacto prepare and serve a healthy hot meal to the poor and homeless in our community. Dinner is served at 5:00pm. Volunteers come earlier to help cook and serve.
A number of other local churches also serve hot meals to the homeless on other nights of the week.

Family Promise
Through Family Promise, ERCC collaborates with other churches in greater Los Angeles to provide safe shelter, meals, and support services for homeless families. ERCC becomes home to several families for a week at a time, where they eat dinner and stay overnight on the premises.
