One thing about our church is that we do a lot of activities around ‘food’. We have had church-wide breakfasts, as well as after-church lunches in our Fellowship Hall. Other activities have included weekly home study groups, relationship, and church-growth seminars. These are always great times of fellowship.

Community Outreach

Thursday Community Dinner
Each Thursday, volunteers from ERCC and our community, prepare and serve a healthy meal to the poor and homeless in our neighborhood. Volunteers come earlier to help cook and serve the meal that is served “to go” from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
A number of other local churches also serve meals to the homeless on other nights of the week.

Home Again, LA
Through Home Again, LA, ERCC collaborates with other churches in the communities of Burbank and Glendale to provide safe shelter, meals, and support services for homeless families. For one week each calendar quarter, ERCC becomes home to up to 4 families for one week. Our volunteers make each family member feel welcome and cared for as case managers work with parents to help families regain their independence, ending their homelessness.
